Directions For Use

Fasimec Pour On Dose Table

  • Shake well before use.
  • Fasimec™ Cattle Pour-On is ready to use through standard drenching equipment.
  • A representative sample of animals should be weighed before treatment. Dose the mob to the heaviest animal by liveweight in each group. Do not underdose. Where there is a large variation in size within the group, dose rate should be based on the label directions for each weight range. Drafting into two or more lines may be appropriate, to avoid excessive overdosing.
  • Pour in a line down the middle of the back from the withers to the rump.
  • Check accuracy of drench guns regularly.
  • Rinse gun after use. Clean guns in vegetable oil only.
  • Fasimec™ Cattle Pour-On is rainfast if rain falls two hours or more after application.

Comments

Ask your local veterinary practitioner or animal health advisor for recommended parasite management practices for your area to reduce development of resistance. It is advisable that a resistance test be conducted regularly when using any parasite treatment.
